Design-Build, fast-track project completed in 10 months, which was ahead of schedule. The contract included the construction of seating to reconfigure the existing baseball stadium into aÌý dual-purpose, professional football and baseball stadium with high-resolution color video and matrix display boards. Work also included the construction of luxury suites, club facilities, press boxes, installation of high-resolution color video and matrix display boards.

The project required working multiple crews around the clock to meet the very difficult schedule. Community relations were vital to employ local minority residents to form the many construction crews necessary to complete the project on time.
